ENROLMENT CONDITIONS

FEES

Enrolments will be accepted strictly in order of receipt and payment of relevant training fees.

 Courses run Monday to Friday (9am – 4pm).

Payments may be made by direct deposit.

Telephone enrolments must be confirmed by forwarding the Enrolment form and full payment of the course fees within 5 working days.  Failing this, enrolments will be deemed to be withdrawn and the place/s offered to another student.

Fees for all courses are due and payable in full prior to the commencement of the course.

If a student is unavailable on their allocated training day, then notification by phone or text message should be given as soon as possible prior to commencement of that day’s training.

 If a student fails to complete the course, all fees paid will be lost and the booking will be allocated to the next student on the current waiting list.

If a student who has already commenced their training fails to complete the whole course  without notification to the Training Manager, the balance of the fees already paid will be forfeited.

REFUNDS

Please note:  We cannot accept responsibility for changes in personal or work circumstances, however, each case will be treated on its individual merits.

Once the course has commenced, tuition fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE should the student decide to withdraw.

All requests for refunds must be in writing and will not be considered unless received by the Training Manager no less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the courses/s.  The matter will be dealt with within 7 days and any moneys to be refunded will be paid to the person or company named on the Enrolment Form.

No refunds will otherwise be given.
